Terms and conditions of purchase and delivery

1. Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided in your customer details. It is a good idea to save this for any future contact with us.
If you have purchased a fishing license, this will serve as your fishing license.

2. Delivery time

We usually pack your order the same day. Delivery time with PostNord is normally one to two days. If something is temporarily out of stock, delivery time may be longer. In such cases, you will be notified. If the shipment does not arrive due to PostNord not delivering or other errors, we will send a new delivery a maximum of two times.

3. Shipping

You can see the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your purchase. In Sweden, we offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 200.

4. Payment

You can choose your payment method at checkout.

Klarna Checkout: Pay later, partial payment, and direct payment by card or Swish.

Stripe: Pay by card

Swish: Open the Swish app on your phone and approve the amount there.

Kustom Checkout solution

Flugspecialisten Norden Norden AB uses Kustom Checkout to handle your purchase in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are available. Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides the interface and logic that displays the available payment methods. When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered various payment methods. These payment methods are provided by different payment service providers, depending on which payment method you choose when making your purchase.

For the payment, you will be redirected to a payment service provider, such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL, and Billie], where the purchase will be completed. For a smooth shopping experience, Kustom Checkout includes automatic filling of your details if you have saved them or previously filled them in on Kustom Checkout.

Kustom will not perform any credit checks, but this may be done by the payment method you have chosen to complete the purchase. By clicking "Pay for purchase" at checkout, you agree to our terms and conditions, Kustom's terms of use, and confirm that you have read Kustom's privacy notice. Stripe

Stripe securely processes all payments made via Kustom Checkout. This applies to all available payment methods. Stripe is regulated in Europe and authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number: C187865) as an electronic money institution. Stripe has the legal right to issue electronic money, execute payment transactions, issue payment instruments, and conduct payment transaction settlements. Available payment methods

Cards

You can pay with debit or credit cards from [Visa, Mastercard, and American Express]. The payment is securely processed by Stripe via the Kustom Checkout solution. All card information is transmitted encrypted and processed in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. Kustom never stores your card information.

Klarna

With Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, buy now and pay later, or pay in installments, depending on the options Klarna offers for your purchase. When you choose Klarna, Klarna Bank AB handles the payment, including any credit checks and invoicing. We receive payment from Klarna, and you pay Klarna according to their terms. Swish

You can pay quickly and securely with Swish. When you choose Swish, you approve the payment in the Swish app using Mobile BankID. The payment is processed by your bank and Swish.

Apple

If you use an Apple device, you can pay with Apple Pay. Payments are verified with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device's passcode. Apple Pay uses a secure token for payment instead of your actual card number, which means that neither we, Kustom, nor Stripe ever see your full card number. Apple Pay uses the built-in features of your browser or device and does not usually place any cookies on our website.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can pay with the cards stored in your Google Wallet. Google Pay uses tokenization and multiple layers of security (such as encryption and biometric verification or PIN). Your actual card number is never shared with us, Kustom, or Stripe. To display the Google Pay button, a technical script is retrieved from Google. The script may use technical cookies or local storage for the purpose of fraud prevention.

MobilePay

MobilePay is a mobile wallet that is often used in Denmark and Finland. When you select MobilePay, you complete the payment in the MobilePay app and approve the purchase there. Once the payment is approved, Stripe processes a card transaction in the background using the card linked to your MobilePay account.

Vipps

Vipps is a mobile payment service used in Norway. When you select Vipps, you complete the payment in the Vipps app, usually with BankID or other strong authentication. Stripe then processes a card transaction via the card linked to your Vipps account.

iDEAL

For customers with Dutch bank accounts, iDEAL makes it possible to pay directly via your internet bank. When you choose iDEAL, you select your bank and log in as usual. The payment is confirmed by your bank, and we receive immediate payment confirmation via Stripe.

Billie

For business customers in Sweden, Kustom offers Billie, a B2B solution for "buy now, pay later." When you choose Billie, a credit check is performed, and business customers can normally get 30-day payment terms. We receive payment directly from Billie when the item has been shipped, while the business customer pays Billie according to their terms. Billie is only intended for business purchases, not consumers.

Bank transfers

In some cases, you can pay by bank transfer. When you choose this method, you will receive payment information (e.g., a virtual bank account number) where to send the payment. Funds are transferred from your bank to an account managed by Stripe. Stripe automatically links your payment to your order without exposing your actual bank details. Your order will be processed once it has been received and the payment has been verified.

Payment security

All payments made via Kustom Checkout are fully encrypted and comply with European security requirements, including PSD2 and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).

Card payment security

Kustom does not store your card information. All card information is encrypted (SSL) and processed by the payment service provider in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. Strong customer authentication (e.g., 3D Secure, BankID) may also apply depending on the payment method you have chosen.

Cancelled online orders

If your order has been canceled because all products were not available in the store or in our warehouse, your money will be refunded to you via Kustom. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order. Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Privacy and cookies

Kustom may use a cookie to automatically fill in your details (such as your name, address, or ID number) when you complete your purchase, based on information you have chosen to save. This information may be retrieved from us or our partners. You can disable autofill at any time by changing your settings during checkout, contacting us, or deleting cookies from your device.

Kustom, Stripe, and each payment method such as [Klarna, Swish, Billie, etc.] act as separate data controllers for their respective processing activities. We never store card numbers or card information.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel without giving any reason, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. However, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days after you have received your goods. To return the goods, they must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Return the goods together with the invoice or a copy of it! You are responsible for the return shipping costs. On the invoice, state the reason for return as "Right of withdrawal." Goods may not be returned as cash on delivery or postage due.

6. Complaints

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect delivery, we will replace it with a new item free of charge. However, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days after you have received your goods. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Return the item together with the invoice or a copy of it! On the invoice, state the reason for return. Note! You must first contact us to have the complaint approved and the return shipping paid.

When returning goods to us, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during transport if the goods are not properly packaged.

7. Disputes

Disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be settled in a Swedish court of law.
