Boobies

where a large, floating foam ball (booby eyes) is used as a head to keep the fly afloat.
This design allows the Booby fly to swim high and attract the fish
attack it.
When is the Booby fly used?
Boobyflies are widely used in lake fishing and are particularly
effective when presented above the bottom where the floating bullet can
imitate an insect rising from the bottom.
