How to shop

1. Find the product

a. Use the menus. Choose the product group from the menu to the left and click your way down in the structure. Wherever products are presented, there are buttons for “Show” or “Buy”. Click on “Show” to read more about the product and “Buy” to order it.
b. Use the search function. You can also find a product by entering a search word in the search field that you can find on the page and by then clicking on “Search”. You can search on article number, article name and article description. You do not need to enter the entire search word, if you are unsure, it is enough to enter a part of a search word.

2. Add the product to the shopping cart

When you click on “Buy”, the product is added to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is always shown on the page. If you want to undo an order, you can always click on the waste basket to the right of the product in the shopping cart, or otherwise click on “Modify”. If you want to empty the entire shopping cart or change the number of ordered products, you can also click on “Modify”. You can also remove products at the “checkout”.

3. Go to checkout

If you are happy and want to send your order, click on “Go to checkout”.
Check and make any corrections to your shopping cart.

For Europe: KLARNA Checkout and STRIPE card

Complete the address details and check that any checkboxes are checked. Then confirm the order by clicking on “confirm order”.
When you have confirmed your order, you get an acknowledgement at the same time that the acknowledgement is sent to your registered e-mail address.

4. Bonus customer

a. If you are already a bonus customer, you can log in with just your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address and click on “Send”, and a new password will be sent to the given e-mail address. You can change your password whenever you want, or modify customer details in the shop when you have logged in.

b. If you are not a registered bonus customer, you click on “Register as a bonus customer” then and complete the details requested in steps 1 and 2.
You can then shop at discounted prices.
