Purchase and delivery terms
1. Order acknowledgement
An order acknowledgement is sent automatically to the e-mail address that you have given in your customer details. It can be a good idea to keep it in the event that you need to contact us.
If you have purchased a fishing permit, it is valid as such.
2. Delivery times
We normally pack your order on the same day. Delivery time is normally one or two days after your order is made up.If something is temporarily out of stock, delivery time may be longer. In such an event, you get a message about this.
You can see the transport cost at the checkout before you confirm the order. Transport cost for delivery within Sweden is free of charge.
4. Payment method
At the checkout, you choose from the various payment methods.
Klarna Checkout: No charge except for paper invoice.

Klarna: No charge
For larger orders, we reserve the right to dispatch against cash on delivery if you do not choose Klarna, Paypal or card.
5. Late payment
In the event of late payments, a reminder fee and interest on arrears are charged. After the payment period has elapsed, we send a reminder by e-mail. Then, in the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection.
6. Right to retract
As a consumer, you have, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, the right to retract without giving any reason. You must however notify us no later than 14 days after having received your products. In order to return the products, they must be unused and undamaged in their original packaging. Return the products together with the invoice or a copy of it! You must pay for the return transport yourself. On the invoice, you give the reason for return as “Right of retraction”. Goods must not be returned against cash on delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective or a wrong delivery, we replace it for you with a new one at no extra charge. You must however notify us no later than 14 days after having received your products. In order to return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Return the product together with the invoice or a copy of it! On the invoice, you give the reason for return. N.B! You must first contact us to get your complaint approved and the return transport cost paid.

In the event of returns from the customer to ourselves, the customer is responsible for any damage that can occur during transport if the product is not well-packaged.
Disputes resulting from these terms will be decided by a Swedish court.
