The Streaking Caddis is a caddisfly which, like the Muddler, can give wonderful fishing. Imitates caddisflies and is stripped along the surface so that streaking occurs. I've seen many anglers get good Rainbows even when casting with a sink tip line but most often with a floating line and streaking.
