Super pupa Grey & Yellow

Super Pupa grey/yellow imitates a floating Caddisfly pupa and catches lots of fish. Grayling like super pupa a lot and Rainbow love it. Most often, you fish with it just under the surface but I've seen lots of fish caught a bit nearer the surface too. When Aspen lose their sticky envelope in May, this fly is usually without match. Lay the fly down on the surface, often a grey yellow super pupa, and let it lie there with tiny, tiny strips now and then. This window with Aspen normally lasts a few days. Can always be tried when fishing and sometimes, you have to really go down in super pupa size.
